From the moment we arrived at Stone House Farm in beautiful St Bees, we were welcomed with open arms by Carol and her family. the spacious sitting room with a kitchenette was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the stunning surroundings. the lavish breakfast, complete with specially bought vegetarian sausages, was a delightful way to start our days of hiking along the coast to coast walk. the location was ideal for visiting pubs, the beach, and taking a short train ride to explore the heart of the Lake District. We truly felt at home and cannot wait to return to this friendly family-run bed and breakfast.
